另外国内怎么知道父母是否有绿卡?这个又不是换国籍, 回国拿的都是中国护照, 户口
登记处拿来的是否绿卡信息?

只要一方有绿卡就不行。
你要上户口得凭旅行证，你去大使馆给娃办证件的时候要看你在美国的合法居住证明。

CFR 211.1(b) waiver
