这个会先造成 bias，二十年后造成 reverse bias。
reverse bias 就是，一看你丫颜色，以及你毕业的州，就默认你丫当初是

TJ 是charter school, 跟房价没有关系。 不是location 决定的。不过里面确实都是
老印。我们这里的孩子上中学不上TJ, 都不好意思说。

不过真的想要孩子将来进入精英圈，还是要进私校，学费虽然一年只有三，四万，但是

这个政策的是很对的。 其实黑人和拉丁裔不喜欢读书。 为什么要逼迫不喜欢
读书的人读书呢？ 让他们中间52%或者45%的人能够通过考试就可以让学校合格
了。 我赞成这样的做法。
学校也可以把精力focus到喜欢读书的孩子身上。 让喜欢学习的人学习，
让喜欢体育的人运动， 让喜欢party的人party, 这样挺好。
