I don't think the definition in this blog is correct. All other examples are
correct. Your comment.

EB2降级，不让pp 140， 说没有original PERM，可我看很多人用pp啊？

我的记法：是啥endian就是啥在前（低址）

the definition in this blog is wrong. several comments are there but no one mentions this.

第一次没必要加pp，基本是会被拒绝，file之后，再追加好像机会大一些，很多人都是
后来追加的。

多谢，请问file后再pp是不是不需要再通过律师了？

不需要，但要公司签字。
