新公司还没递perm,有没有可能用以前公司的perm降级eb3申绿卡呢？我知道以前公司很
可能不愿意，但理论上可行吗？

You need signatures and all support documents from your previous employer.

So it's theoretically possible right? as long as my previous employer is
willing to do so.

本来绿卡也是为了未来的工作，如果你的原雇主愿意，可以。

And when u get the green card you need to work for them for some time,
theoretically. Or it will be considered fraud

you mean at the time I get the green card or anytime after?

那同样说如果现在的雇主给办的绿卡绿了，也不能马上就走？否则不也是fraud？
