律师信里面说要以下两个材料
(1) Information about the recruiting xxxx did for the job in question; and
(2) Sworn statements from you (as xxxx's representative) and xxx that no
payments were exchanged between xxxx and xxx in connection with the company'
s sponsorship of the PERM application.
我个人觉得是random audit, 但是看Recruitment Report 的时候发现我的 PREVAILING
WAGE DETERMINATION is valid from May 6, 2013 to August 4, 2013, 而我的perm
application是2013 8月26号发的, 这会不会造成audit被deny啊? 心里很惶恐

然后把工作年限填到 number of months experience In alternate occupation
required 里面
