前些天曾经在家版发过一片文章,我爸爸身体原来还不错，后来开始患了感冒住进
了医院,后来越治病越大,后来被下了病危通知书,说是严重的肺部感染.用什么抗生素都
不起作用,每天的医药费用高达一万元. 当时我人在美国,家里面只有我妈妈和我姐姐.
医院干脆对我妈妈说要做好人财两失的准备。我妈妈当时人在医院几乎崩溃,我于是连
夜赶回了中国.
这回国的一路心里非常忐忑不安,除了担心父亲的病情,还担心目前的甲流感疫情,害
怕自己被隔离不能及时返回家中,忙里添乱.不过好在这一路还算顺利,回到家里后,我按
照国家的规定居家隔离一周,这段时间我和妈妈在家里,我姐姐和堂姐在医院陪护爸爸.
由于我的回来,我妈妈的心情平复了很多. 我也不断在网上搜集信息. 非常感谢MITBBS
的各位网友,大家不仅送来了祝福.而且还有好心的朋友告诉了我很多非常有用的信息,
纽约的jennifer主动的把她父亲的电话给我,让我咨询她父亲. jennifer父亲不厌其烦
的回答我和我妈妈的问题,而且还通过和我父亲通话,听他呼吸的声音,无偿的提供了一
个中药方子.我父亲服用了这个方子后,情况好转了很多,还有一位学医的网友

要求加急，他偏偏要我等待30天才能去查询，说我的case还没有被寄到csc，Records
show that your case has not been relocated to the California Service Center
from USCIS Lockbox Facility for processing yet.Please allow 30 days from the
filing date for the process to take place prior to contacting the National
Customer Service Center
这也太扯了吧，先等30天寄到csc，然后才说能否加急。太扯了。

Fragomen的律师和我们HR说：
True concurrent filing (i.e. including the I-140 and AOS in the same package
) is not recommended for EB3 China downgrade cases. USCIS has been
inconsistent with respect to accepting the EB3 downgrade petition under
premium process without the original PERM Labor Certification. The most
recent EB3 China downgrade filed by our team was rejected by the premium
processing unit and we are waiting to see whether it was accepted under
regular processing .
The recommended approach is to file the I-140 stand-alone via premium
process, then file the AOS after USCIS approves the I-140. If USCIS does
not accept the I-140 via premium process due to the lack of original PERM
Labor Certifications and instead places the petition in the regular
processing queue, then we have the option to file the AOS using the I-140
Receipt Notice and try to convert the I-140 to premium process.
我应该接受这个方案，还是应该坚持concurrently filing?

你坚持con file吧。但是一般没有用。除非你们公司极其支持你的决定。

后来乖乖的先140再485
过了一个月，同事降级
同一个律师，主动问他是否要concurrent filing
完全搞不懂fragomen是怎么回事
只能说尽人事，听天命
