try to persuade HR to get downgrade to EB3.. but HR insist i need a new PERM
...
Any one knowns the link we dont need file new PERM for the downgrade ?
how you guys persuade HR ?

Gotthe exact same situation as mine back in Jan to persuade them. The only
thing I did is to provide AILA letter/memo for backing up my statement. And
get my attorney involved to join the league. Hope it helps! Good luck.

is this sectence ?
Retention of section 203(b) (1), (2), or (3) priority date. A petition
approved on behalf of an alien under sections 203(b) (1), (2), or (3) of the
Act accords the alien the priority date of the approved petition for any
subsequently filed petition for any classification under sections 203(b) (1)
, (2), or (3) of the Act for which the alien may qualify.
so... keep priority date means keep the PERM, right ? sorry for asking..

thanks! what you mean by "AILA letter/memo " ? i googled it.. but seems not
find right one...
