之前混过去pp的算走运了
USCIS的据信copy板上有人发过了是一样的
律师信里说
USCIS had telephoned us and informed us that unless an original labor cert.
is attached to the I-140, they cannot accept any petition for Premium
Processing
In addition, we were told verbally that it was a mistake on their part to
previously accepted I 140 petitions without the original labor cert. and the
mistake will not be repeated.

不服气可以尝试一下用NSC之矛去戳TSC之盾。
NSC Practice Pointer: Premium Processing for Subsequent I-140s
2014-04-02
NSC Liaison Committee clarifies with NSC that attorneys may request Premium
Processing for a subsequent I-140 filing where the necessary original Form
ETA-9089 labor certification or a certified duplicate labor certification
from the U.S. Department of Labor is currently located at NSC.

我英文也不好，想确认一下这句“In addition, we were told verbally that it was

original labor cert.”这个是华人律师的笔误吧，应该是“... to previously
ACCEPT I-140 PP without rhe orginal labor certificate.”

lz tsc还是可以pp的我律师4月1日寄的，4月7日收到材料跳回acceptance，4月9日批
了。
而且你可以去看看timeline，4月上半个月批得不止我一个人，tsc最少有三例

还是140已经交了一段时间了
我估计他们是需要找到perm原件就可以pp了
我也希望能有4月以后在tsc 140同时PP的成功案例
这样我还有继续pp的希望

我的律师做了40年移民律师了，70多岁啊
八成tsc有内线
我想不出他有什么理由编这一段白纸黑字的写信签名给我
希望可以看到4月以后在tsc同时file 140+PP 顺利接受的案例

很简单，单个律师是没有credit下这种结论的.

140+pp同时寄出，这种情况本来就几乎没有成功案例（除了极个别的case），tsc和nsc
都一样，大家所说的pp成功本来就是先交140，过一阵子再交pp
另外，律师的话不能不听、但也不能全听，主意还是要自己拿

他老糊涂了。信里内容没错，但他理解错了。他连处理140的基本程序都不明白。
