吃香椿注意六点可降低致癌物含量
说到春天的时鲜，不得不提香椿。嫩嫩的香椿，勾人食欲，让人回味无穷。近年来，随
着人们对食品安全问题的愈发重视，香椿含有大量亚硝酸盐的事实被公众普遍了解。亚
硝酸盐是世界公认的有毒物质。香椿中含有大量的亚硝酸盐，如果烹调不当，很容易超
过国家标准中规定的每千克4毫克的亚硝酸盐安全食用量上限。但只要我们在选购、储
藏和烹制方法上多加注意，就能大大减少香椿中的亚硝酸盐含量。
选紫不选绿
紫色香椿不但花青素含量高，且口感更鲜嫩。带有绿色大叶子的香椿已经老了，不但味
道、口感大打折扣，还会产生更多的亚硝酸盐。
5~10厘米长最好
有实验表明，5~10厘米长的香椿亚硝酸盐含量最低。长度小于5厘米时亚硝酸盐的含量
最高和大于10厘米的香椿，亚硝酸盐含量都会增长。
当天采当天吃
采摘以后，香椿的亚硝酸盐含量会持续增长。特别是叶子一碰就掉的那种，更不适合食
用。
烂香椿不要吃
因为细菌会将烂香椿中的硝酸盐转化为亚硝酸盐，吃下去有可能引起中毒。
焯水时长大于50秒
研究表明，清水洗后的香椿，平均每千克含34.1毫克亚硝酸盐，沸水烫后平均每千克含
4.4毫克。焯水的时长必须在50~60秒才有效。尽管焯烫可降低亚硝酸盐含量，还是建
议每人每天食用量控制在100克以内。
腌制香椿需腌1个月以上
香椿味道鲜美，但采摘期却很短，因此很多人喜欢将香椿用盐腌制起来慢慢吃。这里要
特别注意一下，凡腌制蔬菜，腌制20天以内的亚硝酸盐含量都很高，所以腌香椿要腌一
个月以上再吃。

根据规定用Ｈ１Ｂ文件入关需要出示４８５的收据。但是我在纽约海关时，直接用Ｈ１
Ｂ文件入关，根本不需出示４８５的任何资料包括收据。并且ＡＰ申请也没有被取消，照批不误。485
pending并且想用有效Ｈ１Ｂ签证回来的朋友不用担心了。

跟大家汇报一下，三月说服老板降级，律师说要等到4/1搞完h1b才有空，律师速度倒是
挺快从4/3到4/16不到两周把所有资料都弄好4/17双飞寄到NSC。等待的过程焦躁不安，
这周五还纳闷怎么没收据，律师劝我要耐心一点，今天周六下午邮箱里躺着485/EAD/AP
的收据，receipt date 4/21,考虑到复活节周末这速度不算慢。当时律师问我要不要PP
，我不假思索的说要，律师直接就把140和PP一起弄了。这两天考古发现应该在140一个
月以后再PP，直接成功的案例据yoyo版主说只有一列，还是祖坟冒青烟了。周一PP肯定
悲剧了，会及时来更新。

没关系，说不定就收了。起码有50%的机会，即便退回来了，也没有损失，半个月后继
续pp，感觉你们的律师还是很配合的。一定没问题的。

有效Ｈ１Ｂ签证回来本来就不用担心呀，担心的事，如果你的H1B visa stamp expire
，你要用你的AP入境，有人说，海关有时候查的严，发现你在AP approve 前离境，就
可能不让你入境。当然，你有有效的H1 visa stamp，咋都不担心。

只写了initial review.
On April 21, 2014, we received this I140 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR ALIEN WORKER
, and mailed you a notice describing how we will process your case. Please
follow any instructions on this notice. You will be notified by mail when a
decision is made, or if the office needs something from you. If you move
while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to
update your case with your new address or contact our customer service
center at 1-800-375-5283.

accept this request for Premium Processing because the original labor
certification was not included. The reject letter is dated 4/23.
值得庆幸的是我的申请NSC不管收件还是拒收都非常痛快，不像有的网友那样杳无音讯
。没事，该干嘛干嘛去，一个月后再试。

说个我们pp经验，就是用fedex groud shipping. 当时其实觉得被接受的希望也不大，
就不浪费钱next day了，没想到接受了，而且2,3天就批了

正常，PP跟140 一起file 了本版只有一个例子接受了。悲剧是99%的概率。
如果排期不退或者没有退到你的PD，过两个礼拜再试

一个月，3月初交的，5月排期出来后交的，然后groud shipping，所以快40天了

5/12律师第二次寄出PP，刚刚收到手机短信貌似接受了，说明NSC还在工作。
