My case has not been assigned to an IO, and no EAD yet (RD Feb20) . I would
like to file a service request. T2 told me he helped me file a service
request 10 days ago. But still no update... I am not sure whether he helped
me or not. Am I supposed to get a reference number after filing a service
request? Thanks!

我也是一样,电话里说给file了SR,没给reference number。结果今天打电话,说根本
没看到SR。
还是打个电话确认一下吧。

乌龙了。其实SR还是放进去了,只不过在EAD上,所以AP上查不到。这次电话问出了
reference number。

EAD 过了75天后也可以SR,我今天就打了,还给了reference #.

Thanks. Got it.
The T2 I talked was very nice. He told me that I could file a service
request this week. I bet him to help me file one then. He said he was
doing it immediately and told me the EAD card is coming in a few days.
Nothing comes up yet.... The T2 I today is weird and would not give me any
useful information, except that he asked me for a reference number. That's
why I suspected the "service request" was not filed last week. I would try
to call again for service request tomorrow.
