貌似是说找议员有可能会延长处理时间？这是神马状况？
Your I-485 application is most likely with a USCIS officer for processing.
If a congressional inquiry is submitted, a congressional liaison will make
inquiries on your case and this may cause your file to be pulled from the
USCIS officer who is processing your case. This could result in a delay
since your case is currently within normal processing times and the inquiry
could interrupt the normal process.

最初文件压在一堆文件中间，议员问询时被抽出来，结束后放回文件堆，直接扔最上面
。所以还是缩短处理时间早绿？
