so just want to confirm, EAD has nothing to do with paiqi? as long as 485 is
submitted, I will get EAD in a couple of months.

同样情况(PD: 06/18/2012 EB2->EB3), 全作完了, 明天交I-140 and I-485, 家属能拿
到EAD吗?
我就是担心我儿子明年21岁了. 是不是交了485, 他就可以跟我一起等了, 不管等多久?

家属能拿到EAD.
儿子可以一起等, no age out. Per Zhang law at
http://www.hooyou.com/ageout/Concurrent.htm
To put it simply, if a child is under 21 years old and file his I-485 along
with his parent’s I-485 and if his parent I-140 is approved later on, the
child is protected under the CSPA and will not be aged out.

楼上应该早点交的，因为你的儿子算是 age-outs， 485 可以申请加急处理的，最快不
到一个月就可以批，当然前提是你的 140 批了的情况下

到一个月就可以批，当然前提是你的 140 批了的情况下
