请问从收到短信有REF到真正收到信通产多长时间？
我们收到5/7收到短信说会有REF，到现在还没收到mail.
律师也问了，也没有

You can call your center. Last time we talked to T2 officer, he resent one
to us.

Thanks!
Is there a way to get to T2 directly? I talked to T1, they said they'll need
to submit an SR and SR takes 30 days to response....
So it'll be 15 days+ 30 days without even knowing what exactly they have
asked for....
