偶是主申请人，偶和LD本来都有各自的H-1B. 偶们的PD就快排到了，07/2009.
结果去年LD换工作头衔，莫名其妙的就被HR忽悠着用了EAD。EAD明年3月到期。
偶目前还是H-1B, 有效到2017, 但是马上就要出差出国（非中国），只能用AP入境。
综合上述情况，偶LD目前有什么风险？偶有没有必要去争取不要出国？Thanks.

嘴边 想多了 cis感情发ead卡不是为你们好却是为申请人下套的 那所有485申请人都不
用活了 到最后连的DACA 都不如

开玩笑，你在普通商家买gc，不管visa，amex，只要cc能用，pos都是purchase
至于ap，paypal的另说，但是有几个人用fia的2%搞ap的

discover这个季度倒是有5%，但是一年也就这1500……

For my situation I am not trying to buy gift card for 2 points. Mostly is
for convenience. When you use the same credit card for frequent transactions
on the same day it is very likely latter transaction get rejected. Of
course 2 points is a plus.
