I am about to mail my application. I have birth certificate with I-485. But
I did not include it with I-131 and I-765? Is it required for I-131 and I-
765? If yes, I will have to print and then have it notarized! Thanks a lot!

Read the instructions. Nowhere does it say you need birth certificate.
