如果账单是500刀，账单出来后退货了credit 100刀. 那么付400刀可以吗? 就是不明白
退货或者其他原因造成的credit可不可以作为payment的一部分?

provided on the notice. We will notify you by mail when a decision is made.
If you move while this case is pending,please use our Change of Address
online tool to update your case with your new address or call our customer

有律师自己去参加的。上次那个报8月EB3 要进三年的ID，他的律师主动去了。
