很早和原公司的律师签了办绿卡的协议，大概是485部分800块律师费（包括review自己
和老婆的材料），当时还经常和他打电话写email请教移民问题，从来没收钱，现在想
想，可能是charge到公司头上了我不知道。
然后换了工作，因为他最熟悉我的情况就继续用他递交了485，并打电话问过换工作后
绿卡的情况，同时让他email review了老婆的485材料（之后自己交的）然后突然收到
他的bill，说电话和email都要收费，一共600多(1个多小时)。
我换工作后他从来没说过（电话或者email)要把钱charge到我头上，再加上原来都不收
费（或者charge原公司了），我以为那些也是服务的一部分，而且我根本不知道他的
rate。
现在我能不能dispute,因为1.从没说过email电话要收费,2不知道他的rate，否则根本
不可能找他。而且他review了半天，我老婆的表里面还是有错，我交上去之后才发现，
可不可以说他review没尽责，这部分不付？

律师这种和服务相关的耗时都是收费的，你可以打电话问问，或许给你拿掉点，如果不
行就付了吧，还好不多。
