请问i797 renewal批下来之前如果i797就过期的话还可以继续合法工作吗？
看见有人说可以继续工作240天，但是没有在USCIS上找到相关的说明啊。

employer must file a new Form I-129 petition for the employee. Generally,
the employee may continue working for the same employer for up to 240 days
