请教一个签证问题，情况如下
OPT 五月过期
H1 9月deny
想在9-10月份美国签证H4，不知道有没有问题。
还是应该保险起见，回国签证。

Ask a real lawyer please.
My guess would be u r already out of status
Before ur h1 denial, u were in status. But as soon as the denial, u were out
of status since may.
