求精确解只能硬上吧？
能想到的扩展，用统计技术搞近似，比如用平均数代替中数。
不过驴和猫那个题，似乎可以先找最高和最低工资，然后计数？

有范围的整数集，可以拿histogram搞，不是整数，如果不需要完全精确，
也可以round后这么搞。
拿平均数来替代中数有时不太好，容易被outlier搞。

it will be be helpful if you know the nature of the data set. In many cases,
the median of a big data set is no much difference than the median of its
subset. In network traffic analysis, we have observed that the median
becomes stable fairly quickly, when we counted the sizes of transferred
objects on network. So usually, we need only compute the median for the data
objects in a small time window, and use it to represent the media for the
whole day, or other long time ranges.

如果精确解，硬上吧。
大规模数据先找到解法再想着optimize。
按range map到各个小块。

才发现俺和tj的PD完全相同，同是09年8月3号的。
