Pending 485, NSC的LINxxxxxx，目前住WV。131和765filing instruction看晕了，请
各位帮忙！
I-765 filing instruction:

Status pursuant to Section 245 of the INA
应该寄到USCIS Phoenix or Dallas Lockbox, based on where you live.
那么根据目前居住在WV，应寄USCIS Dallas Lockbox
但是它特别指出：
Note: If you are filing Form I-765 with another form type, such as Form I-
539, please file both forms at the location specified by the other form. The
below addresses should be used when Form I-765 is not being submitted with
another form.
所以我就看了一下I-131 filing instruction:

Where Adjustment of Status Application is Pending
If Form I-485 has already been filed and Forms I-765 and I-131 are being
filed together, use Form I-765 filing location instructions.
到底是Dallas还是Phoenix呢？个人倾向于Dallas, 请大家帮忙看看。
