Depends on what email service you are using, if you are using https service,
I don't think they can get your content. But they also have other
spyware on your computer as well.

我每次替ld打电话，都被rep轰走，一定要ld亲自接电话。尤其是ally / fia的
checking, 简单粗暴，你嫌爷我嗓门粗也没必要这么执着吧，靠。

我之前那个公司用的邮件防火墙就能检测公司之外的邮件。做过好多次测试，在防火墙
上都可以看到。
不过我们那是大学， 有resume很正常。

Applied brand new Email addresses for Job Hunting.
Never used Gmail/Chrome to apply google, or hotmail/IE to apply microsoft,
period. Yahoo/Firefox might be a good choice.

要是一个公司防止员工找工作，并且对于找工作这种行为还要进行阻拦或者惩罚的话，
那你呆的这个地方真没什么好留的。还不如早点分手拉倒。
公司的监控过滤一般是防止上不良网站，或者监控一些私密文档的upload。你在gmail/
yahoo里写封求职信，或者来来回回写些无关紧要的事，公司网管吃饱撑着了，才会通
知HR或者你的manager说明你“可能”在找工作的事。
就算是上面说的，公司可以随便监控你的桌面屏幕。如果发现我在上花花绿绿的
wenxuecity，或者看youtube视频，manager能怎么样啊。哪个员工是一天8小时实打实

我老对安全协议了解得比较多。只要你用https，而且机器上没有监控
软件，网管是不会发现的。唯一的做法是在你机器上安装公司的certificate
作为root CA，然后做一个man-in-the-middle attack。不是没可能，
但是比较困难，而且很多浏览器都用自己的trust store。除非预先安装
好，否则没法做。
所以基本上，不用IE，用https的web mail，确保机器上没有监控软件，
不会出问题。
