So I called the USCIS customer service number and was transferred to a tier
2 officer. I submitted my I-495 at the beginning of 2012 under EB2 so it has
been pending for almost 3 years.
I told him that my PD (Jan. 2010) became current again and I asked him to
give me an update about my case. He said THERE IS NOT ANY VISAS AVAILABLE to
be assigned. I would have to wait for another year. Then he hung up on me!
Are you fucking kidding me?! This asshole happened to have an Indian accent.
Is this some sort of prank?!

I131是回乡证，用来在绿卡下来之前回国的。你要是有旅行计划申请就是了，AP和H1B

I did SR already. It is stated on USCIS website that "If you contacted the
National Customer Service Center with a case-related inquiry and more than
30 days have passed and you have not received a response, you may email the
appropriate USCIS Service Center with your inquiry". It hasn't been 30 days
yet. Can I still email them?

EB2 和EB3 应该每年各有2700个名额，为何只看到EB3禄油油而EB2很少有人禄。是不是
EB2没有人在2010/02以前了。是这样为何不放水奥本还说要每月3-5周的前进。

I think there are still a number of EB2 applicants whose PD were earlier
than 02/2010. In fact, my PD is 01/2010.
