TSC, EB2转EB3，排期终于current了，给移民局打电话，每次的答案都不一样，都不给
做SR，还有的说要带着documents 去local office。现在该怎么办呢？

My understanding is:
1. Call TSC/NSC for SR and get SR#
2. Call congressman and senator for them to follow up for you with your SR#
3. Follow up with the center again after ? days
Please correct me if I'm wrong.

You can create an account @USCIS website, then you can add your case via
receipt #.
submit a case inquiry chose case outside of normal processing time, fill the
required information online. then you will get an SR# via email.

When filling the required info, what should be the "Application or Petition
filed "? TSC/NSC?

我在網上做了，但是都不能提交，說還在processing time 裡面

如果是TSC，RD在5月18号以前就可以吧

我rcvd date 是/5/13/14，但是提交不了，可能是notice date
