那么多menu选项好象就是找不到可以谈话、request service的representative啊！
在下愚钝，请问哪位能够明示，到底是哪个选项？谢谢！

just tried below steps last Friday:
USCIS SR Steps:
1. Call 1-800-375-5283
2. Press 1 for English
3. Press 2 for pending case
4. Press 1 for checking status of pending case
5. Input case # (WAC, LIN, SRC, etc)
6. Press 1 for confirmation
7. Press 3 to continue (tier 1 will talk to you and you just ask for tier 2
officer and waiting time is over 1hr and you leave your contact#. Then after
about 1 hr you will get phone call from a tier2 officer)
