eb2-eb3, nsc, PD 是2011/02，到现在也没有绿，催了议员，还在等消息，
有点担心会不会还在EB2，不知道打电话给uscis能查到吗？打电话的时候有什么trick
吗？怎样才能问得到呢？多谢大家

what about just call T2, ask them to create a SR to link your 485 with your
EB3 140?

NSC还没有报错的案例。

I-140 and I-485 RD:04/08/2014 (me+spouse)
I-140 PP AD:05/19/2014 (140 receipt 上显示正确的PD ,EB3
01/27/2015 online 填了SR,(me+spouse)

EMAIL 答复(for my case)：
The status of this service request is:
Our service records indicate your application is currently pending.
Adjudication and final review by an officer is dependent upon approval ofthe
Form I-140 as well as visa availability based of your category and
priority date. Please keep your mailing address current to avoid missing any
correspondence or notices.
02/06/2015 SR response for spouse
The status of this service request is:
Service records show your case is in line to be reviewed by an officer. We
ask that you allow additional time for this process to take place since we
process these cases in the order received. If after 60 days you haven’t
received anything in the mail, please contact the National Customer Service
Center (NCSC) at the number provided below
