【EB2 2015年二月第16绿】welcome notice寄出了, 还需要打指纹# EB23 - 劳工卡

昨天status update成这个了:
"Welcome Notice Was Mailed
On February 27, 2015, we registered your permanent resident status and
mailed you a Welcome Notice for Receipt Number LINXXXXXXXXXX. Please follow
the instructions in the notice. Your new permanent resident card should
arrive by April 28, 2015, after this registration or after you complete any
ADIT processing referred to in the welcome notice, whichever is later. If
you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing
address."
之前律师说我肯定要重新打指纹,因为对上一次是2012年打的,律师说finger print最多
1年半有效. 昨天他看到这个update后又说"那可能不用打了,anyway, let's see what
the welcome notice says...". 我晕.
请大神们判断一下我还要打指纹不? 因为要做travel planning. 谢啦.
