Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status, Receipt Number
LIN149xxxxxx, because we need more information from you. Your notice
explains what we need from you to resume working on your case. We will not
take action on your case until we receive the evidence or the deadline to
submit it expires. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you do
not receive your request for additional evidence notice by April 4, 2015,
please go to www.uscis.gov/e-request to request a copy of the notice. If you
move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address

大家RFE mail一般什么时候收到？

昨儿个收到了mail。其中一条是medical record要过期了。
大家是重新做exame还是说去医院让医生sign下新的letter就行了？

i got mail three biz days after I receive sms alart. My physical exam is
done in April last year. So even it has not expired at the moment, but about
to expire, they will ask you to redo medical exam...
