正在找工作，请问下我的情况应该怎么办才好？

140: 公司已交等待中，case received： 10/14
1.三月份cutoff日期排到4/11，每月以半年推算，那么7月份轮到。如果把485交上去，
什么时候我可以离开现在的公司？是要等180天后么，能不能马上离开？
2.考虑递交140-NIW。现在处理时间4个月或更长，premium可能更快些。
感觉现在的job market要比前几年好，不想错过机会，想到上面两个办法保住身份，哪
个办法好？

每月推进半年我觉得有点乐观了。当前PP拿到140 approval保住PD比较现实。然后遇到
好机会就走不能就等file 485

我这边也是，同样错误，上Vanillareload.com看了一下partner list，Bluebird已经
不在其列了

如果，你运气好真排到了。不需要等到180天才走。这个180天是以你485的RD 到 你的
绿卡case被审核的那一天开始算。
如果你有把握接下来排期倒退。这样你的绿卡在接下来180天之内不会被批准，你的身
份就没有问题。
我觉得你13年的PD，在今年拿到绿卡的可能性接近于零。所以身份还是比较安全。当然
如果公司不是太烂的话，可能还是等一等最保险。

不太确定你说的180天期限。
1.交485后，可以在180天内离开原公司，前提是移民局没有审核完case
2.交485后，在180天内离开原公司，但是移民局在申请者离开原公司后，审核case，申
请会被拒掉

今天去walmart load visa的gift card也失败了，输入pin以后就说呗decline，不知道

正确，只要在审核你case的那一刻485RD已经pending了180天就可以了。和你何时离开

主没有关系。你13年的PD，年内几乎是不可能审到你的case的。

怎样才知道USCIS开始审核485的case？收到RFE的信算是第一个信号么？

my VR to BB was successful on both 4-1 and 4-2 (total $2K),
so either your VR PIN was stolen, or your BB is suspended.

if you tried too many times, your ip would get blocked. you will get error
