经常在PL里看到有写介绍杂志多牛的证明。自己在杂志的网站上只能找到scope和
mission什么的，没有关于影响力的介绍。请问这种评论杂志的文章，到哪能找一些呢

我2010年12月的PD，律师问我想file 1-140 under EB2还是EB3, they can file
either way for me.
I will be current in April for EB2 and current for EB3 now.
My PD of Dec 2010 was filed under EB3.
Please advise which one is better?

随便了。 １０年的哪个都一样。

I am current in EB3 so I can file I-140 by EB3. I will also be current from
April if I file 140 using EB2, if I wait.
After I-140 approve, I can go ahead to file 485. Not sure by the time filing
for 485, whether EB2 or EB3 will be back dated and I won't be able to file
485 right away.
Would like to hear from your experience and advice.

April if I file 140 using EB2, if I wait.
After I-140 approve, I can go ahead to file 485. Not sure by the time filing
for 485, whether EB2 or EB3 will be back dated and I won't be able to file
485 right away.

1. Concurrent filing
2. No much different EB2 vs EB3 for your PD
3. If you want to get it done quick, concurrent + PP I-140, there was post
saying difference of NSC vs TSC, should PP now or later, you may try search
that.

你这个PD，2,3 都差不多。就算两者都退了，将来也会差不多再C

文件都预备好了，只等我说file 哪一个了，不管file 哪个都是 concurrent filing，
140 用 PP.
就是不知道哪个会倒退or 倒退更多。
