最好是有几年工作经验的：
-Team owns the full stack, from the database tables, to the Java service, to
the front end Ruby UI; so there is opportunity to learn new technologies or
improve expertise as well as work in the tier you are most comfortable in.
-This team has an excellent history of delivery. This means Management does
its best to minimize the red tape and allow the developers to spend most of
their time on project work.
-The devs work with automated deployments.
-After checking code in, deployments are automated.

Actually, you don't have to fill it out for both. Just USCIS assigns ones
for you.

485上的A#确切说是以前485上的号码。以前没递过485的可以都不填。

通常一个人一个A#（OPT那个A#是临时的、不算）。一但你有A#了，基本上会出现到你
所有USCIS批函上：140、H1／H4、485、EAD/AP等。
由于移民的错误，个别人可能会出现多个A#。
