老公排期3/20/2012，今早到版上才发现EB2五月份的排期已经到了06/01/2012.这就是
说明5月份可以交485表了，是吧。
在版上考了古，又看了移民局网站上485表的instruction，想确认一下，打指纹，是不
是要在交了表以后，移民局给你通知才进行的？一开始交表，只需要交出生公证，婚姻
公证，体检表，以及其它797等证明美国身份的材料？无犯罪历史证明要交吗？有之前
在中国部分的，现在来美国好多年了，美国这部分的无犯罪历史证明怎么开？
还有，我跟老公是在美国结的婚，marriage certificate是美国的，可以直接复印一份
，还是需要notarized？
还有，485表材料如果都齐了，可以自己上交，不通过单位吗？老公单位处理这个事情
的人很拖拉，怕错过了5月份，之后会倒退。

还有，485表材料如果都齐了，可以自己上交，不通过单位吗？老公单位处理这个事情
的人很拖拉，怕错过了5月份，之后会倒退。
可以自己上交, but you have to have the 140 approve notice copy.

我们有140的pdf文件，打印一份是不是就可以了？

140还在pending，到时候是不是PP和485一起交？

Put the G-1145 on top of everything,
the form I-485 has barcode, once you filled and saved it, you can not change
it later. You have to re-file it. The USCIS scans the barcode and it gets
all info.
Form I-485,
1. A check of $1070 for I-485 ($985) and biometrics ($85)
2. Form I-485 and two photos
3. Form G-1145
4. Form I-693, Medical report in sealed envelope
5. G-325A, Biographic info
6. Copy of I-140 Approval Notice
7. Employment Verification Letter
8. Copy of official birth certificate.
9. Copy of marriage certificate.
10. Copy of Form I-94, both sides.
11. Copy of passport biographical page and visa stamps.
12. Copy of I-797 Approval Notice(s) for H1b and OPT, and OPT card both
sides.
13. W-2 of latest 3 year
14. Paycheck stab of last three months
I-765 for Employment Authorization Application (EAD)
1. Form I-765 and two photos
2. Copy of I-140 Approval Notice
3. Copy of Form I-94, both sides.
4. Copy of passport biographical page and visa stamps.
5. Copy of I-797 Approval Notice(s) for H1b and OPT, and OPT card both
