我先生现在是H4. 如果他现在不和我一起办h1延期，过一段时间再办延期的话，一定要
等我的case批准后才能开始，还是用我的h1B延期收据就可以办H4的延期？
2）我先生现在的NIW的排期已到。但他现在的身份是H4.(目前还没有拿到工作offer).
如果他交了485后，拿到485的工卡上班。万一这之后移民局拒绝了他的485，他还可以
回到H4的身份吗？在这期间，他需要一直保持H4的身份？还是等到万一移民局的拒绝
信，再去申请h4 ?
如果收到485拒信的时候，他现在H4 已过期，是不是要回国办H4？
3）如果他NIW的I485被拒，他原来的I140 还有效吗？

Why don't you file his H4 extension with your H1B? His H4 has to be extended
before it expires. Otherwise he has to leave and get an H4 visa outside.
If you want to file 485 based on his 140, he must have a job or job offer
for the future. 485 filing requires an employment letter from an employer.
In case your 485 is denied, if he keeps H4 during 485 pending, he is still
in H4; otherwise he has to leave and get an H4 visa outside.

Thanks! If his 485 is denied,will it effect his h4 EAD applying when his h4
is still effect?
