去年四月份降的级，打算relink，律师给我的回复如下:
We can file the request any time now. Please confirm if you want to do that.
But there is no guarantee that the letter will reach your file and that
the USCIS will pull your file out for adjudication. If nothing happens
after two months, you may need to call the USCIS to follow up.
The other option is to file second I-485 based on the approved EB2 I-140
petition.
请问版上大侠有啥建议么？再交485会快一些么？
