EB2 140已批。same company, same group, same job function.
Analyst -> Senior Analyst
请问Perm和140会受影响吗？需要重办吗？或者需要找USCIS备案吗？

我律师给的email是will likely stay in that position without promotion ( can
get salary increase) for quite some time to reach the end of process.
但又看到好多人说可以promotion, 我confused了

It all depends how they (your lawyer and HR) interprets the difference the
two job descriptions. You will need a new PERM if they deem that they have
substantial difference. This is mostly in their discretion.
Mine was shot down although there is only a couple of words difference. :(

觉得完全是看老板和HR愿不愿意折腾。
我的律师在办绿卡之前就给了上述这段话, 压根没什么interprets the difference
the
two job descriptions.
老板自然就采纳律师的说法......
