I have another question regarding when I should mail out my I-485 with all
supporting materials. My VB will be available next month, starting from May
1, 2015. My question is that if it's OK to mail out I-485 on April 30, 2015
and thus USCIS will receive exactly on May 1, 2015 (via Express Mail)? Does
USCIS check the stamp and would return any applications with mailed date
before May 1, 2015?

Some people mailed the application at the last day of the month before PD
current so that USCIS received it at the first day.
My lawyer thinks it is not good. She always mailed the application at the
first day of PD current month.
But I am not sure which one is better, since people used both ways.

如果填I485签名日期为今天, 4/24/2015,还是到五月份第一天才能提交,
这样的填表日期会有问题吗?

哎呀妈呀楼上几个问日期的，你填的四月份任何日期都没问题。。。谁告诉你填表日期
和邮寄日期必须同一天？战战兢兢过分了。。。。。
