没做SR，因为还没有out of processing time
这个问询也取决于议员个人，帮我问的是个Congressman，交了表格材料，基本立马就
问了，然后告诉我移民局必须在30天内答复。
然后移民局泥马不早不晚，第三十天写了个很客气的信，告诉议员Name Check，他们也
没法进一步处理。
然后我也问了一个参议员，参议员20多天后打来电话，工作人员很客气，翻来覆去说了
20多分钟，大意就是你还没有out of processing time，我们没法帮你问。。。。。

绝大多数name check，90%在30到60天内可以clear，而99%的name check在180天clear
我觉得ls不该消极等待，根据那个memo，nc pending 180天以上，uscis可以有条件得
批准485。

The 2009 memo says, after 180 days, adjudicators will be required to contact
headquarter to obtain authorization to approve pending I485 prior to
receiving FBI name check results.
