485 relink pending（单140）求助# EB23 - 劳工卡

求助：我是EB3->EB2的485 relink
我的EB3的140处于RFE状态还没批下来，EB2已经current了，140在12年就拿到了。
所以周一的时候按照攻略提交了EB3->EB2的485 relink的request
今天收到USCIS的邮件说：
"our service records indicate your application is currently pending and has
been pre-adjudicated. final review by an officer is dependent upon approval
of the Form I-140 as well as visa availability based off your category and
priority date"
所以这么说来我就只能重新file eb2的485了是么？还是relink成功的意思？
之前以为只要eb2的140还在，就算eb3的140没下来也可以呢。
