这是绿了吗？如果版主和版花认为是绿了的话，帮忙更新是第几绿吧。
状态更新在下面。主／副申请人同时收到同样的状态更新。

04／20收到REF(主 EVL／medical 副medical)，律师有点拖，一直到05/05才send出去
，同时附上了transfer申请，05/06 online状态显示收到REF response。
本来打算05/06同天做SR，律师认为REF会回到同一个officer手里who should also
process the transfer申请，如果file SR，可能会被另一个officer把case pull去，
引起delay。所以没做SR，也没找议员。
顺便问个问题：“after this registration or after you complete any ADIT
processing referred to in the welcome notice, whichever is later” 是什么意
思，我 要做什么吗？

by July 16, 2015, after this registration or after you complete any ADIT
processing referred to in the welcome notice, whichever is later. If you
move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.
During this step the formal decision (approved/denied) is written and the
decision notice is mailed and/or emailed to the applicant/petitioner. You
can use our current processing time to gauge when you can expect to receive
a final decision.
