我家小孩，5岁，有好几处蛀牙。前几天去看了牙医，牙医推荐采用general
anesthesia（全身麻醉）一次性治疗蛀牙。毕竟是全麻，有一定风险，这几天心里七上

I'd say get a second opinion.
The first doctor said our 4 yr old needed general anesthesia to do several
fillings.
We went to another doctor and had the fillings done in two visits with only
laughing gas.

4岁前，喝甜饮料太多，而且开始刷牙的时间太晚，我记得是3岁半之后才开始刷牙，那
个时候可能已经有cavity了。

When the doctor was doing filling for your kid, was the kid calm and
cooperative? Did the doctor use local anesthesia for those fillings? Thanks.

Yes, she was calm and cooperative. The doctor used local anesthesia too.
But our kid had no idea she was getting a shot since she was distracted.
Going to a pediatric dentist is definitely good for small children, I would
recommend you switching if your current dentist is not.

Depending on the case complexity, child behavior, and Dr experiences. If you
did not feel comfortable with General Anesthesia, talk to your Dr. It is
possible to schedule 2-3 visits with oral sedation done in the clinic.

did not feel comfortable with General Anesthesia, talk to your Dr. It is
possible to schedule 2-3 visits with oral sedation done in the clinic.

为毛没有sleeping juice局麻？我小孩的牙医一般治蛀牙，都是给涂sleeping juice局

我女儿通过3次补的蛀牙。5岁大的孩子，现在能够很好配合医生了。
她3岁时候摔坏一颗牙要拔牙时候，就是采用全麻的。在医院做的。也还好。

如果孩子牙齿之间的缝隙比较大， 好好刷牙就可以了， 但如果牙之间缝隙很紧， 建
议还要用牙线。因为会有食物残渣在缝隙之间不容易刷干净。

确实，我家娃后磨牙之间的牙缝很紧。前面的牙都没事。
