本人I140 filed，H1B Visa Stamp有效。老婆还是F1签证，Visa Stamp已过期。计划晚
些时候去加勒比坐Cruise，不知道老婆回来的时候还能不能用Visa re-validation？我
看了www.cbp.gov上的文件对revalidation的要求有一条：
Has maintained and intends to resume nonimmigrant status。
不知道我们现在的状况是不是违反了这一条。板上的朋友有没有类似的经历可以分享一
下。

LS能不能分享一下cruise回来入关的细节啊？跟坐飞机到美国入关一样吗？

比飞机过海关容易，看了护照和I20，没问任何问题，倒是LG的H1B问了公司，职位等基
本问题，根本不关心140
不过我的信息是在交485的时候才交移民局，140只有LG一人信息
