PD是03/2011，EB2-NIW, 2周前给议员发信问485状态，今天收到回复说：
Mr. XXXX,
I received an email from the Texas Service Center regarding your file. The
latest update I have received is that your case is pending FBI name check.
USCIS cannot move forward with your case until your name clears. If you have
any question, please feel free to contact me anytime.
原来卡在Name check了，这种情况是不是只有等着了？还有fignerprint, name和
background这三种不同的check是按顺序来还是同时进行的？

跟你一样的PD，今天去了infopass，说是在pending，问了name check人说不能透入，
还说现在TSC的processing time是一年到一年半，有combo卡先用着，效果跟绿卡一样
。 唉！

这个没有code, 应该不用打。不过打出来随身带着可以以防万一。

Name check会不会三个字的名字会快点，两个字的慢点
