在看FAQ，我现在是paypal personal account, 在ebay上卖东西，是不是buyer不能用
连接paypal的信用卡付我？

A: This is because you only have paypal personal account and buyer made
payment with his creditcard through paypal. You may choose:
(1)Upgrade your personal account to premier/biz account. If you change
you mind later, you can still call paypal to down

看的有点糊涂，如果催绿，是先做service request ,还是先找议员，看了些精华介绍
，搞不清楚这个步骤。
