这个看情况了
如果全部自己弄，体检也也做好，2天就可以了。如果体检没做完，1周也差不多了。
我的情况，要current后将近3周才交得上。因为律师休假，律师要求我填好表后，等她
回来review才能交。即使我现在全部弄好，也得等。

Yes you can buy a ticket with their miles, but first, the miles must be in
the same account. They could transfer (donate) miles into one account, then
the miles could be used to buy a ticket. However, you might have to pay a
hefty transaction fee to transfer the miles.

应该先说是什么签证类型，才能回答这个问题。
对于H／L等有双重倾向的签证，进入美国马上交140或485或两个同时，不会有问题。
但对于F，B等非移民签证，进入美国马上交485很可能会引起USCIS对非移民签证欺诈的
调查。

for a purpose different from that permitted under his/her non-immigrant visa

status within 30 days’ entry into the United States, the USCIS would likely
find that the alien entered with “fraudulent intent” to remain in the U.S.

status after 30 days but before 60 days after entry, the USCIS could view
the change or adjustment with an assumption that he/she had a

change of status or adjustment status after 60 days of entry into the US,
USCIS may not look upon the application negatively.

，早知道就好了。
