Congrats on the job. The recent layoff of the Nokia division should not
affect your green card application in Azure, since it is a completely
different unit. In addition, just because the company is having lay offs
does not mean that may not still require your position to be filled. The lay
offs may be for completely different types of positions and it doesn't
decrease the need for your position.
