我这案子去年降级的时候，公司给换了家律师所。就差不多收到RFE的时候，公司又给
换回了原来开始办的那家，但我对这律师印象非常不好。赶紧勾了no new G28，把RFE
自己寄回去了。此律师大妈听说我自己回了要求新体检的RFE，对HR发邮件抄送我：

medicals. Did he send the employment letter? I assume not since he never
asked you to sign something for him. I need the G-28 originals right away so
I can send with the company support letter. USCIS could potentially deny
his case for failure to properly respond to the RFE...

说得好!只是有的时候有的钱可能必须要让别人赚,
这个情况下要看雇主,雇主要是不懂,律师要是没有赚够钱, 律师就会抄送邮件,忽悠雇
主,雇主要是怕了,反过来弄你,
其实还是看雇主,不是律师.

i just got my RFE in the mail yesterday, both medical and EVL (2nd time for
this).
Attorney will do the EVL for me like last time and after i am done with
medical, i will need to mail them the record, and all RFEs will be submitted
by the attorney office.
i dont know how much they charge, but i suppose all the fees should be paid
by your employer, at least thats my case.

律师的确误事。我自己提交的RFE材料都到CIS好几天了，律师才不紧不慢的发个email
给我说收到RFE通知了。要等他们来处理，黄花菜都凉了。

我是来吐槽lz的title的。琢磨了好一会lz为什么要对律师的感受这么在意，他失望就
失望了，自己又没做错。看了半天才明白原来是对律师有点失望。中文里失望是不能作
形容词的。可以缺省主语“我”，但不能缺省介词“对”，不然意思全反了。

去年PP和这次RFE回复我都是自己弄得
不过出于礼貌我还是发了封email告诉他，希望他ok with it
他每次都回复说当然没问题，不过还是希望我把材料发给他让他检查一下并且告诉我需
要注意的事项

我有一个朋友收到EVL RFE,我让她找HR开好信转给F家律师，让他们回复USCIS，可我的
朋友直接就把EVL 寄回去了，然后告知律师，F家律师说至少“应该”看一下，如果回
的不对，很有可能再接到新的RFE，结果我的朋友几天之后直接就绿了。
说一下，我朋友的EVL就写了title和salary，没有提及job description。
如果你的就是medical，我觉得自己回应该问题不大。
