搜amex Membership Rewards, 很多transfer partner, 包括AC NH SQ DL CX BA HA EK
VS VX B6等等很多家，能转得卡包括everyday, everyday preferred, Green, PRG,
Gold, Platinum, 奔驰联名卡, 还有各种biz版本。不过blue cash everyday和blue
cash everyday preferred可不行。
