前一段时间给USCIS 提交了一个FOIA的request要一些个人的资料。
今天收到了ref 说 需要verification of Identity.
please submit the following information:
Full Name *
Current address *
Date of Birth *
Place of Birth *
Alien Registration Number (if known)
the subject of record must sign the request and his or her signature must
either be notarized or submitted under 28 U.S.C. 1746 (penalty of perjury in
lieu of notarized signature).
请问一下最后一句话是什么意思，第一个选项好像是我签名了然后再找个地方做公证？
后面一个选项是什么意思呢？
