我的情况是：EB2类，140 already approved, live in Wisconsin, 准备 Express
Mail 寄485, 但看到 USCIS 网站上的 filing address 说明有点不完全肯定，所以请
明白人指教。
按照 http://www.uscis.gov/i-485-addresses 我看到两种可能的地址：

第一种是：
You are filing based on: ...
6. A pending or approved I-140
If you live in: ...
Wisconsin
File your application at the:
For Express mail and courier deliveries:
USCIS
Attn: AOS
1820 E. Skyharbor Circle S

第二种是：

我感觉我的情况应该用第一种，Phoenix, AZ 85034，但是不肯定 filing with Form I
-140 是不是也适用于我,另外看网站上的黑体字和不用黑体的字有点乱。
