去年12月file了NIW I140，最近收到RFE，TSC 的officer XM0106 质疑如下，
“While the petitioner has added to the general pool of knowledge, the
evidence in the record does not demonstrate that his degree of influence in
the filed (as a whole) distinguishes him from others with comparable
academic or professional qualifications. Every researcher that adds to the
general pool of knowledge has not necessarily contributed to the field.
While support letters are important, they cannot substitute for documentary
evidence which demonstrates that the petitioner has pioneered novel
discoveries in the field (as a whole) or that he is more skilled than others
who perform the same or similar work.”
感觉这个RFE挺模版的，看网上几个EB1A 的RFE 在这个IO那里得到的也是类似的话。请
版里的牛人出出建议，看这个RFE该怎么回复。
个人基本情况：
美国公立大学PhD，biomedical research方向。
6篇journal paper（不过只有1个一作），4个conference abstract （CV里提到了这些
会议摘要，但是律师递材料的时候没有递，不知道是不是觉得不重要）。
递140时有24个引用，现在有41个 （google scholar，没有区分自引他引）。
4封推荐信，其中3封独立。
审稿有15篇6个journal，不过impact factor都不高。（CV里也提到了审稿，但是递140
时律师没有递相关材料，说RFE时用）。
我大概准备里一些response如下，
1. 发表文章journal的排名。用impact factor基本是领域中的top 10-20%，用
eigenfactor能排到top1-5%。
2. 找editor要了两封verification letter。
3. 列了引用我文章的journal的排名，还有引用我文章的15个国家和18个美国的学校。
可是律师说没用，说随便谁有20+引用都这样，不能distinguish from others。
律师让我找 independent research groups that “actually” used my research or
findings，然后问人家要个testimony
letter。这个是现在最头痛的，因为我的文章大部分都是这两年发的，而且只有1篇是
一作，所以找不到什么真正用了我东西的group。
请版上的xdjm帮我出出主意，怎么回复这个RFE。
